Excellent opportunity for a Measured Building Surveyor to take on a diverse role within a growing business who are offering a long term career, additional training and progression.

Do you have experience carrying out measured building surveys? Can you produce basic drawings/ site plans in CAD?I am working exclusively with this company who specialise in domestic works from entire new build projects to domestic renovations. They pride themselves on their reputation for offering a high quality service and understanding their clients' individual needs.In this role you will carry out measured building surveys, mainly residential properties with some commercial work, and turn them into rough CAD plans for the design team. The majority of the work is in the Leicestershire area but will include regular travel to London and nationally. The right candidate will have the option to take on some design work and progress within the company.
