The Client Success / Support Opportunity: + We are currently looking for a new team member to help support both our developers and customers with feature requests, testing and problem-solving.
+ You will need to understand what a non-techy customer is trying to explain and translate that to the technical team with precise style. (non-wordy, straight to the point, analytical and technical)
+ In this role; exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn, being very organised, and being adaptable are absolutely essential. You're good at: + Problem solving

+ You have a never say never attitude What you'll do: The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: + Help and support customers via email, chat and phone
+ Learn different systems, softwares and technologies we use
+ Work closely with the engineering team to gather new feature requirements
+ Work with the customers and the engineering team reproducing bugs
+ Help oversee apps and web portal testing, both manual and automatic
+ Detail, document and test bug fixes
+ Work effectively with colleagues to help identify quality gaps
+ Other duties as required. What you'll need: Our ideal candidate has these top qualities and qualifications; + Software support experience is not essential but ideal
+ GIT experience
+ Enjoying talking and helping customers / phone skills
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Extreme ownership of tasks / completing what you start
+ Must be process-oriented
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Good observation and detailed investigating/diagnosis skills
+ Analytical thinking / problem solving
+ Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar (Basic level would be a benefit)
+ Must have comfort with using a variety of software technologies.
+ Strive for continuous improvement and learning.
+ Flexibility to attend urgent or changing needs.
+ A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
