Tooling Rally BizDevOps Specialist

                     The Tooling Team will support the Agile Delivery by reviewing the existing toolset, comparing the best practices and enhancing the Enterprise Tooling Capability. The BizDevOps Specialist will be responsible for functional analysis, solution design and configuration to maximize its utility of a tool for GB/GFs. The role involves facing-off to senior stakeholders in the course of eliciting requirements, managing expectations and signing off functional documentation. Key Activities:Drive multiple parallel implementation and/or enhancement of Rally (Broadcom)Work with a client to elicit and manage their requirementsRecommend out-of-box solutions within the toolPrepare functional documentation including FRDs, diagrams, mockups, User Manual, User Journey ManualsTailor tool configuration to maximize its utility for a clientCooperate with developers to implement code enhancements where necessaryCooperate with testers to ensure software qualityAct as an expert for any tool related queriesReport to Tools PO on the status, estimates, RAID, etc.  Experience & skills:Advanced hands-on skills in configuration of Rally10+ years of Seasoned experience in software development, i.e. programming, business analysis, project management, quality assurance, configuration management, consultingLeadership and consulting experience/skills/traits, including:Delivery ownership / managing / coordination / facilitationRequirements elicitation and recommending solutionsHigh analitycal skillsBuilding and maintaining relationshipsExperience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolutionAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities  Role Context: The BizDevOps Specialist works under the direction of the Tools PO and Data Architect
