Ruby Developer / Backend Software Engineer *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to work in a supportive, tech driven environment with personal training budget and excellent career progression opportunities?

You could be joining a fast growing global FinTech that is helping to disrupt the Pensions market place through the use of its advanced technology platform. As a Ruby Developer you'll work in an Agile Squad of around eight developers; clean coding and TDD is paramount you'll Pair with other engineers and receive mentoring from more experienced developers, take part in peer code reviews and collaborate to solve business problems. The company runs regular hack-a-thons to encourage different ways of thinking and trying new ideas; you'll be able to contribute and present to senior management.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures; thereafter you'll be based in modern, open plan London offices with all the latest kit and the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.

Requirements:

Ruby development experience

Advocate of clean coding practices and experience with TDD

Collaborative with the aptitude and desire to learn and continually improve

Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
