Essential experience:

* Proven experience as key account manager

* Experience in providing solutions to local government organisations

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels

* Ability in problem solving and negotiation

* Capable in use of Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel, Word & SharePoint)

* Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to work to meet deadlines and manage own workload

* Highly Motivated, committed and passionate in what you do.

* Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to use own initiative

* Understands the context and nature of the Covid challenge

* Has appropriate technical knowledge to complete the work needed

* Can work as an effective team member

* Flexibility in approach, comfortable working in an environment that is fast moving and subject to ongoing change.
