An exciting and varied opportunity for a Business Management Systems & ERP Business Analyst / Consultant to join a management, technical and training firm specialising in Strategy, end-to end Lean Operations, Innovation and R&D. We are inviting applications from experienced BMS / ERP "go-to" leaders with strong business awareness and a good understanding of a manufacturing-led business. Candidates will be required to analyse clients needs and datasets, write systems specifications, manage the procurement and tendering of ERP solutions on behalf of the clients and help Project Manager ERP Implementations. 3 days on site per week with clients. Who we are: We have been successfully deploying consultancy services across Ireland and the UK since 1998. We operate across most sectors, primarily in the medium to large SME space. We are based in Galway on the west coast of Ireland. We have four main divisions, Strategic, Business and Operations Improvement, Business Management Systems and Innovation, Research, Development & Innovation. The ERP Business Analyst / Consultant Role: We are seeking to recruit a Senior Business Management Systems and ERP Specialist who can lead and take responsibility for a program of work with various key clients. This will include taking full ownership and responsibility for the account and its margins. The Business Management Systems (BMS) /ERP consultants primary goal is to assist clients to assess their company's business requirements and associated software needs for all areas requiring systems support and digitization. In addition you ensure the clients BMS/ ERP software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, as well as develop and oversee solutions implementation for to address any shortcomings. You will also responsible for ensuring that all levels of the company are informed and collaborating effectively on core systems implementation. A typical systems project is likely to entail: + An assessment of an existing system/systems in terms of current and future suitability:
+ A specification of any required enhancements or for a new BMS
+ The management of a tendering process (for ERP suppliers)
+ Providing expertise towards Solution Provider selection.
+ The management of a new systems implementation including end user training, testing and validation
+ Some ongoing support in terms of use effectiveness and management decision making support requirements. About You: + Technically-minded, experienced with integrated BMS and ERP systems as well as stand alone functional support, such as CRM etc.
+ Ability to provide optimized solutions and value.
+ Fast-thinking, adaptable and evolves with technology advancements
+ Great problem-solving skills - ability to smoothly navigate issues
+ Excellent team player and leader
