Who will you be working for? RPS provide project delivery and tailored PMO services, helping our Clients with projects from concept to completion. Our project delivery services are tailored to meet individual needs, whilst drawing on broad market experience and proven methodology from a variety of sectors including Media, Banking and Central Government. What will you be doing? RPS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our team of experts operating within a well-known Central Government Department. The skills required for this role are outlined below, please have the following with regards to: Experience: Demonstrable experience in a Product Manager role - working with complex high-volume products and Digital Infrastructure based service products/ gateways. Experience producing roadmaps, release plans and lifecycle plans for the delivery and maintenance of a product from inception to completion. Skills: Proven ability to articulate, help to define and prioritise new product increments and improvements, including the ability to define high level requirements/prioritise user stories. You will have a broad understanding of Government Security Policy Frameworks and experience working with / on GDS / tech stacks. Characteristics: Sound stakeholder management is a key requirement for this role, so you should be a compelling and considered influencer, with a consultative and approachable demeanour that will enable your team to deliver to the best of its ability.
