Agile Project Manager London to £65k

Agile Project Manager (Kanban / Scrum). City based financial software house that provide a range of web based trading and single-dealer platforms is seeking a skilled Project Manager with FX trading environment experience.

As an Agile Project Manager you will join a small and dynamic team of Project Managers using Agile delivery methodologies to coordinate various client projects. You will be supporting and helping the other Project Mangers with responsibilities such as; managing cross-product deliveries internally and to customers, organising requirements into a backlog and a set of releases, managing expectations of all stakeholders, setting up an agile delivery model to deliver projects and acting as an Agile coach to the teams.

Based in central London you will be joining a friendly and collaborative team who will support and encourage you to reach your full potential. Requirements:

Strong Agile project management experience (Scrum XP, Kanban, Lean) coupled with an understanding of Waterfall

Experience of delivering front-office trading projects in Financial Markets / Investment Banking environments

Effective time management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and manage deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
