End User Compute (EUC) - Deployment Engineer (SC Cleared)

Department for Digital, Culture, Media & SportOur Central Government client (SC Clearance required) is looking for an experienced EUC engineer to help support the department deliver its ambitious IT Transformation programme in 2020. The programme broadly looks to renew existing infrastructure, devices and services, across a user base of c.2000.

Role reports to the project delivery manager, and will work across the IT team, working closely with other Workstream/ Delivery leads.Build/Prep all devices to be rolled outDeployment of laptops and Mobile phones to end usersEarly life support / Basic end user training/orientationGenerally support all migration activitiesKey Skills / ExperienceWorkspace One (UEM) experienceWindows 10 Build, deploy & supportMac OS Build & deploy & supportMust hold Valid SC clearanceUnderstanding of Support models and workflowsService NOW experienceExperience of Working With NCSC EUC guidelinesService transistion experience
