Very competitive rateMy client looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager for a 3 year fixed term contract to lead a Finance Oracle Transformation working with stakeholders and suppliers at a leading university.You will undertake programme and project management of this key strategic change initiative, working with colleagues across Finance and the wider University to facilitate true transformational change.You will have experience of delivering large and complex projects or programmes with demonstrable experience of working with Oracle. You will be able to demonstrate high level project and portfolio management skills, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and full end-to-end project lifecycle management. A clear and unambiguous communicator, you will play a key ongoing role in the tracking of successful project and benefits delivery. You will also bring a strong understanding of change management and be able to demonstrate effective change management approaches and practices.The Senior Project Manager (Oracle) will also manage a small number of project managers and other Strategic Change Office team members, supporting their development through coaching, mentoring and management of objectives and priorities.You will report to the Head of Strategic Project and Programme Delivery.
