Due to thier ongoing success they are looking for someone that can help them to deliver a fantastic service by joining their Field Service team.In this role you will be based from home, covering an patch predominently within 50 miles of Luton but may be required to travel to further afield sometimes. During your first few months you will be provided full product training to ensure you are a specialist within your sector, this will involve international travel to the head office and manufacturing facilities in Europe. You will attened customer sites to diagnose and repair a range of high tech equipment in a variety of laboratory settigns. You will develop lasting relationships with customers, as the face of the business whenever they need support. The company are looking for someone with a background in Life Sciences or complex laboratory equipment who has hands on field service experiecne.This is the perfect role for someone looking to join a global, market leading business for a long term career.The role:

*Providing technical support and assistance to customers

*Working on high tech, complex laboratory equipment

The person:

*Hands on experience working with Life Sciences or laboratory equipment

*HNC/HND or equivalent qualification
