The company are a specialist chemical manufacturer with an international presence. They are a medium size site with exciting prospects for the future. The business is seeking to grow and update all equipment across the site which requires a new appointment to support this transition.

The role would suit someone with a Chemical background. The position will be shaped around the strengths of the individual but will oversee day to day issues, improving quality and consistency then playing a key part in the machine and system upgrades.

All in all, a unique and technically interesting role within a specialised organisation who can offer autonomy, job stability and variety on a day to day basis.

THE ROLE:

*Oversee day to day production challenges.

*Complying with regulations.

*Developing processes.

*Improving quality and consistency across the site.

*Based in Stoke-on-Trent.

THE PERSON:

*Chemicals or similar highly regulated background.

*Experience in a process or projects role.
