IS Specialist (m/f/d) Are you an experienced IS Specialist (m/f) looking for a new project? Our client, a large machine tech company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity in their headquarter located in Zürich.As a main task, you will take care of delivering day-to-day End User services and local applications to end users for Headquarter units with high customer attention and constantly improving Local IS processes in a challenging changing environment. Your role as IS Specialist (m/f/d) Provide HQ users Face-to-Face a reliable contact for delivery of End user infrastructure following Global IS Policies and HQ Procedures.Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure to HQ employees with a high standard.Coordinate activities with GSI and other countries to satisfy users when relocating internationally.Managing employee leaving and joining procedures together with different Businesses & Functions to optimize results and decrease costs.Coordinate End User support activities with On Site support being a reliable contact for HQ Customers.Hands on IS operations and support when it comes to services outside of the Global Service portfolio by Wipro such as video conferencing, webcasts and local application support.Improvement of local applications in the technology area and improvement of the functionality to support administration processes.Purchase of infrastructure outside standard service catalogue via pre-qualified supplierEstablish a good relationship with Wipro OSS bridging outsourcing gaps.Planning and controlling the introduction and implementation of new IS policies, IS projects and IS operational instructions to Headquarters with the highest customer orientation possible.Gather customer needs in the infrastructure area and implement all the improvements to satisfy these needs as much as possible.Required skillsBachelor or comparable degree in computing engineering or computer scienceGood understanding of IS Infrastructure technically.Experience in delivery of End User Services.Intercultural, open mindset and good social skills.Customer service mindsetSolution oriented behaviourEnglish Fluent spoken and writing, basic German language skillsFurther informationLocation: ZurichStart date: September 2020 End date: August 2021Interested?
