Exciting role for a Food Standards professional looking to build a career with a rapidly expanding company, with the chance to play a key part in shaping the company's future culture and approach to Quality and Hygiene Compliance.Are you qualified to at least a Level 3 in Food Hygiene Standards and HACCP? Do you have prior experience of implementing and overseeing these standards in a site-wide capacity? This company supply for clients across various industries. Recently established, they have seen their business grow at a rapid rate, increasing their headcount substantially year-on-year. They wish to improve their operating standards so that they can provide an even better service to their clients and maintain a safe and efficient site.In this role you will be helping to develop and implement new Food Quality systems across the business. You will be carrying out internal and 2nd party audits and risk assessments, as well as root cause analysis and compliance team leadership. A key part of the role is helping to bring about buy-in by speaking to and engaging employees.The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Food Science or Agricultural standards, with prior experience of a Compliance role.The Role * Compliance Manager (Food Hygiene)

* Developing and implementing standardised food quality systems
