This job is for a senior engineer in a close team as a point of escalation and someone driving new technologies and standards within the business.

You will help to shape services and delivery of service and projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and implement technical solutions (mainly MS Azure, Office 365 and Networking Technologies)

- Design/ Support customer security

- Design/ Support current customer networks and future development

- Provide clients with the best Microsoft solution

- Projects scoped and delivered within defined timeframes

- Point of escalation for 2nd/3rd line support

Essentials:

- Microsoft Azure (Certified)

- Networking (Routers, Switches & Firewalls) (Certified)

Advantageous:

Strong knowledge in the below technologies

- Firewall (Knowledge of SonicWall and Sophos) (Certified)

- Microsoft Office 365 (Certified)

- Active directory/Group policy/PowerShell & VB Scripting

- Network Administration & Data Backup Technologies

- MS Intune design, role out and support

Until early 2020 they are mixing working from home and part time in a Russell Square office. If client on-sites are necessary, they are in and around London with travel to clients accessible via public transport.
