Scrum Master | Agile Delivery Manager | Data Migration | Document Management | Azure DevOps | 12 month FTC | Brighton | JobScrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager required to join a regulatory body based in the heart of Brighton on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager will look after 2 out of 8 workstreams, operating within an exciting and dynamic company-wide technology change programme. This programme will see the development and delivery of new systems enabling the business to support regulatory activity. You will work alongside other 5 other Scrum Masters in an agile environment and this particular Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager position will provide expertise to the Data Migration and Document Migration workstreams.Responsibilities:Provide leadership to the Data Migration and Document Migration workstreamsDefine, establish and operate appropriate project approach and structure in line with hybrid agile/traditional change governance standardsProvide leadership to build effective and collaborative project teams with a shared sense of direction in a matrix environmentIdentify, estimate, secure and manage resources and budget required for project delivery to inform resource assignment up to an enterprise levelIdentify, evaluate and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies to project delivery to inform impacts to delivery, including portfolio impactsGather and present information with options and recommendations to enable informed decision making by stakeholders up to Executive Director and Portfolio Oversight Board levelFor the respective workstreams, lead on the agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Demos, PI planning etcManage medium transactional projects up to large transformational projects as requiredEssential experienceSuccessful management and delivery of medium - large scale digital and data projects and/or programmes within time/cost/quality tolerances using Agile approachesExtensive experience of applying industry recognised project management methodology (eg traditional and agile) to achieve successful delivery of medium to large scale projects within agreed tolerances of time, cost and qualityAccredited to Practitioner level in an industry recognised Agile project management methodology (e.g. SAFe SM, APMG Certified Agile Project Management Practitioner, AgilePgM etc.) or equivalent experienceApplied Agile change governance through full lifecycle from receipt of request through to implementationExpert use of Azure DevOpsHighly skilled at stakeholder management at all levels and facilitation to be able to conclude discussions and reach consensus where multiple stakeholders may have multiple conflicting needsAs well as a starting salary of £46,093, you will getCivil Service Pension arrangements, which are recognised as some of the best in the pensions worldaccess to performance related pay progression25 days annual leave provisionflexible working arrangementsdevelopment opportunitiesenhanced parental leave arrangementsa free employee assistance programmean excellent office location in Brighton when openIf you are an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager with experience of Azure DevOps and managing medium / large scale Data / Document migration workstreams then please hit apply now!Scrum Master | Agile Delivery Manager | Data Migration | Document Management | Azure DevOps
