3rd Line Messaging Administrator, Exchange, O365, Exchange Online, 27001, ITIL, Blackberry Enterprise, Windows Systems, Visio, Project, Quest Archive Manager, Azure, HP Blade, HP Insight Dynamics, SharePoint, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, SC Cleared, SC Clearance, Security Cleared, Security Clearance.Our Government client based in London are recruiting for a 3rd Line Messaging Administrator.Accountable for ongoing support of all business applications and smooth running of all essential systemsThe open position is to work as part of the third line infrastructure support team, supporting all technologies that the business use. The team is small so the role is demanding and requires an enthusiastic multi-skilled person.Key Skills / ExperienceQualified in the administration of Microsoft ExchangeWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange OnlineWorking knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server and MDM solutionsWorking knowledge of installing, upgrading and maintaining Windows systems and serversITIL v3 qualified to Foundation LevelFamiliarity with and experience working to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standardExperience of working to tight SLA/OLA's and deadlinesExperience of change management processWorking knowledge of MS Office, Visio and ProjectAbility to apply existing knowledge to resolve issues on unfamiliar systemsBe able to provide technical support for staff and back-end system usersAble to gather and analyse informationAble to determine service impacts and risksAble to understand and articulate complex ideasLogical and rational approach to problemsAble to prepare and deliver management briefingsExcellent written and oral communications skills and able to communicate at all levels, technical and non-technicalPrevious experience of migrating from on premise Exchange to Exchange OnlineWorking knowledge of Quest Archive ManagerWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365Working knowledge of Microsoft AzureWorking knowledge of HP hardware (Servers, Blade Enclosures and Storage Arrays)Experience of working with monitoring tools (SCOM, Manage Engine and HP Insight Dynamics)
