We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to ensure continued service provision of our 24*7 IT service operations through proactive detection, prevention and resolution of incidents, minimising business impact through service monitoring and root cause elimination. Key Responsibilities Leading the co-ordination of high-profile Incident resolution activities in the capacity of a Major Incident Manager Ensuring quality and timely communications are sent during Major Incidents Ensuring timely post incidents washups are conducted and a clear management summary is released as a post incident report Ensuring good quality root cause analysis reports are produced in a timely manner Operational readiness for Peak Trading periods and mobilizing and operating the Peak Command Centre Acting as an escalation point for key business and IT stakeholders for IT incidents Daily, weekly and monthly service reporting
Key skills/experience IT Support and Operations experience Experience of working with 3rd Party support teams and strategic Partners Experience of working in an ITIL based environment ITILv3 Practitioner We're one team and we celebrate all of the great things you do.
