We are looking to increase our team of Managed Workplace Architects to contribute to maturing our end-to-end Workforce and Workspace story.You will be viewed as a member of the team with the ability to co-ordinate and orchestrate, whilst using your combination of design skills and customer facing interaction to deliver Cloud Managed Workplace solutions in the context of a Modern Managed workplace. You will be working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements to design solutions within our developing Workspace Modernisation product set. We are looking for skills across the full Microsoft product set and VMWare, and are particularly interested in candidates with skills in MS Intune and VMware Workspace One UEM and Access as well as experience of management of the full range of modern devices including Windows10, Android, IOS, macOS, Chromebooks and associated management technologies.Day to day, you will be responsible for: Designing complex Cloud Managed Workplace solutions moving customers forward from traditional Managed solutions to more modern managed solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.Shaping Cloud Managed Workplace technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our pre-sales and bid teams to ensure solution and cost alignment.Resolution ownership of technical challenges for Cloud Managed Workplace projects and the technical escalation point for the implementation teams.Mentoring and coaching more junior architects within the team through both performance management and community-led collaboration.Working alongside our Workforce and Workspace Product Managers to contribute to the development of our Workplace Effectiveness Portfolio.Acting as a trusted advisor for our customers, translating centralized Cloud Managed Workplace roadmap insight into customer-specific impact avoidance and benefit realization.You should have knowledge of the following technologies: Expertise in multiple Operating Systems across many modern platforms (Windows 10, Android, IOS, macOS, Chromebook) and associated management tools and products e.g. SCCM, MS Endpoint Manager/InTune, VMWare Workspace One UEM and Access, MDM with a proven track-record of designing complex, large transformational solutions.Either Microsoft MCSA or appropriate training and accreditation and preferably the new Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification, VMWare VCP Digital Workspace skills also beneficalStrong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and Security and Compliance.Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, commercial / bid awareness, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing.Experience of working on both AGILE and waterfall project delivery If you believe you'd be suited please submit your CV at the first instance.
