Production, Service & Maintenance Manager (Electrical Engineer)

£33,000 - £38,000 per annum

Bury, ManchesterDo you have management experience and a strong knowledge of switchgear looking to join a leading designer, manufacturer and service provider of electrical hubs? My Client are a small, family-run company going through a period of growth that design, manufacture and service multiple organisations throughout the Manchester region, UK and further afield who take pride in their high-quality, highly skilled services. You will take responsibility for managing a team of electrical engineers whilst also being very hands on. You will be responsible for; the planning, coordination and control of the manufacturing processes to ensure client orders are produced on time and to the right cost and quality. You will also have responsibility of overseeing onsite installation work within and outside the UK.This position would suit an Electrical Engineer with Switchgear and management experience, ideally with strong knowledge of Service/Maintenance (however no essential) looking for a permanent position ready to become an integral part of their growth plans. The RoleManaging a team of electrical engineers to ensure performance, work quality and H&S are met and are at the required standard to meet contractual/client SLAs.Building and managing the service and maintenance plans, resources, and schedules to meet client and/or contractual requirements, as required.Oversee and work onsite installations within and outside the UK as required by the business.The PersonExtensive experience in electrical engineering of the manufacture of distribution panels;HND in electrical engineering or equivalent experience;Experience of managing client relationships and contract management.
