We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join us in the London or Reading region!

What are your responsibilities as a Solution Engineer?

In this role, you will contribute to the optimal design, implementation, and administration of our solutions. You will be responsible for achieving a stable application installation on the customer infrastructure and will offer support to configure software and handle data conversions, all focusing on our customers' requirements. You will be working together with your international colleagues of Professional Services and the Professional Services Project team. You will directly report into the Manager Professional Services.

What you bring to the table?

We are looking for someone that has, a bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science and ideally has 4+ years of experience in a software environment and in IT infrastructure (on-premise, virtual machines, hosting, cloud). Next to that, software implementation experience with a focus on documentation management, CMMS, and/or Engineering Information Management is highly preferred.

It is important that you have great communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Additionally, you need to have knowledge of database and operating systems with Windows and SQL and advanced understanding of software development environments, such as VB.NET, C#, Visual Basic Script, and NET Framework.

Important for you to know:

This role requires a SC/DV clearance certificate. Preferably you already have one, but in case not it is mandatory to run the process with Accruent.
