C++ Software Developer (VR Unreal Computer Science) *Remote Process WFH* Are you an accomplished C++ Software Developer looking for an opportunity to showcase your technical prowess in an industry-leading games development organisation?
You could make an impact across a continually strong pipeline of projects, using leading-edge technologies to cultivate an unrivalled user experience in this C++ Software Developer role.
In this C++ Software Developer role, you'll make an impact from the start and will play a key role in developing all future games. You'll focus on C++ development using Unreal Engine 4 to create VR / Augmented Reality applications, so you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity by creating expressive characters, innovative game mechanics, and smooth responsive control systems.
As a C++ Software Developer you'll work across the full development lifecycle, liaising with teams business-wide to clarify requirements, produce planning for mission critical systems and produce supporting documentation, to optimise workflow and ensure projects are on track.
*Please note: this company is able to conduct an entirely remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. You'll join the company offices in Guildford in due course, with some flexible work opportunities.*
You have strong experience as a C++ Software Developer / Engineer
You have experience working across the full development lifecycle
You have good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, e.g. OOP, Design Patterns, Algorithms, Data Structures
You're a positive team player and first rate communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with teams across the business
