Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a background in compiling detailed cost plans and estimates for Civil or Construction project looking to play a key role for a niche specialist within the industry?On offer in this excellent opportunity is the chance to showcase your knowledge and skills by accurately forecasting costs, monitor contracts, manage budgets along with other responsibilities.The Company themselves mainly work on bespoke residential projects and due to continued growth and success they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to add to their already talented team.This role would suit a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience compiling cost plans and estimates for residential construction projects.The Role:* Prepare bills of quantities

* Procure sub-contractors

* Manage and monitor costs, budgets and contractsThe Person:* A degree qualified Quantity Surveyor or equivalent with strong previous exposure in a construction environment

* You will have previous experience in a similar position within Civils/Construction
