Job Title: Senior Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week)
The Company is a leading regional IT Solutions Provider and Sage Accredited Business Partner based in Hull. They are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their growing Technical Support team.
The applicant must have experience working in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role, have excellent customer service skills, be solution focused and be able to work to tight deadlines. The applicant will be required to travel so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience working within managed services support is desirable.
You may be required to be flexible at times as you may be asked to work outside normal office hours to meet the needs of clients.
It is expected that the successful candidate will take part in the on-call rota after being in employment for 6 months.
