Senior Front End Developer London to £90k

Senior Front End Developer / Web Developer (JavaScript Vue.js) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems used by millions of people every month whilst remaining hands-on, taking ownership and providing technical leadership?

Joining an Agile development team, as a Senior Front End Developer you will take a lead role in building intuitive interfaces to help users find deals and optimise every aspect of the page, ensuring the fastest possible in-browser performance on both mobile and desktop devices. Day to day you'll be updating current products and building new features, working to improve efficiency and functionality and collaborating with product owners, tech leads, engineers and QA to prioritise and resolve issues.

Driven by technology the company offers a remote interview / onboarding process and the ability to work from home during the current social distancing measures with 3 days a week WFH going forward. Requirements:

Strong experience with Vanilla JavaScript with a broad knowledge of JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js, GraphQL and an understanding of Node would be useful

Deep knowledge of browser optimisation, page speed metrics and performance tools

Familiar with Continuous Integration and effective testing of frontend code (they use Jest, Cypress, Jasmine and Karma)

Keen technologist, keep up to date with new and emerging technologies, able to pick up new languages and tools quickly

Collaborative team member with excellent communication skills, happy to help mentor others and take a lead on projects
