They have an excellent office location in the heart of Brighton and have a diverse, lively and professional growing workforce. We're looking for experienced Assurance Specialists who will deliver 2nd Line assurance and objective opinions on the quality of controls, processes and to provide recommendations that support risk mitigation and continuous improvement ResponsibilitiesYou will:Write reports and deliver assurance views to Senior ManagersIdentify weaknesses or risks in operational policies and procedures and recommend effective mitigations using solid problem solving skillsDevelop and promote strong relationships with other functions and staffDraft reports and present to ExCo, Board and ARACTake an active role in developing and coordinating training and awareness on assurance issues across the organisation EssentialEstablished technical knowledge and understanding of pension and/or financial regulationAdvanced investigation skills and ability to plan and manage an investigation from end-to-endComprehensive understanding of principles behind effective processes and controls and the ability to test controls against those principlesDemonstrated ability to deliver advice and challenge at all levelsEffective stakeholder management and proven project planning experience If you have the relevant skills and experience and would like to apply, please follow the link provided.
