If you are an experienced project manager this is a tremendous opportunity to use your skills to save the Earth. Today our planet is faced with the triple challenge of stabilising the climate and reducing biodiversity loss while fixing the food system to feed a rapidly growing global population.

To tackle these challenges The Quadrature Climate Foundation is working to cut emissions from UK land-use and food consumption, through changing policy, winning the public narrative and understanding our supporters, the public and what they are interested in. We now need your project management skills to oversee the planning and performance of the Programme and ensure it delivers on budget and schedule.

As Quadrature Project Manager you will create delivery plans to achieve project outputs, monitor progress and produce stakeholder reporting. You will prioritise, structure and facilitate all programme implementation activity to ensure objectives are met within timeframes as well as allocate resources and design reporting formats. You will also track progress, highlighting and overcoming roadblocks. You will share any learning to improve future performance too.

You must have an extensive background in project management and experience of strategic planning and project development. This will have given you a good understanding of Project Management principles and practices. Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, you will be effective at prioritising and executing projects effectively. This will include experience of reviewing and monitoring project plans. A project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APM PMQ, would be an advantage.

In addition, you will possess excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills. Able to work on your own initiative, you will be comfortable partnering and supporting a number of individuals within a matrix management structure. Of course, you will have an interest in conservation and environmental issues too.

How to Apply

If you have the project management  expertise to enable us to deliver a more targeted experience to audiences, we would love to hear from, so please visit our website via the link and complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up to date CV with cover letter highlighting why you are interested in this role as well as why this role is for you.

We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
