Business Analyst, Norwich, - £35,000- £39,000 Remote working to start with

My client is bringing ambitious change to their approach to community engagement and they want you to play a leading role. Norwich is in a group of 5 UK Fast Growth Cities which are crucial to driving regional and national economic growth. It is a vibrant and creative City at the forefront of digital connectivity.

Salary: £35,000 to £39,000 per annum, pro-rata

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Home-based currently, normal location in the Norwich City

Contract: Fixed term contract

Enabling their workforce - designing their systems to enable teams to work more productively and employees to work more flexibly.

Enabling residents - redesigning their services with users at the heart, improving their online offer, bringing customer services together on a single platform and using technology to make services more responsive and accessible.

Enabling communities - working with their partners to build technology-based community infrastructure across the City.

They are currently in the process of implementing its digital first strategy supported by a hybrid infrastructure implementation approach.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of two key strategic projects: the creation of a new Direct Labour Force Organisation and the implementation of a new Housing and Estates management system.

The Digital Business Analyst role will also be expected to contribute to other critical transformational projects as and when they arise.

You will need to be a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst, with previous experience of working with Agile methodologies as well as PRINCE2.If you meet the above criteria for the Business Analyst role we would love to hear from you.
