QA Tester London to £55k

QA Tester / Test Engineer / Exploratory Testing (TCP/IP C# .Net SQL Agile BDD TDD). Do you enjoy breaking things to see how they work and putting them back together again?

Global FinTech is seeking a highly technical QA Test Engineer / Tester to ensure the quality of their flagship high performance multi-threaded trading application with a focus on the data analytics platform.

As a QA Test Engineer / Tester you will join an Agile team to test newly developed software, performing exploratory testing and contributing to test automation to prevent defects being introduced to continuous builds.

You'll be based in the City with a collaborative software house environment, modern open plan offices with free breakfast, drinks and snacks and quiet break out areas; you can also enjoy a good work / life balance with flexible working.

Driven by technology this company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures.

Requirements:

Degree educated, 2.1 or above, Computer Science preferred

Strong Exploratory Testing experience

Good understanding of practical networking concepts (TCP/IP)

Ideally you will have experience of working on data centric systems

Natural curiosity with advanced analysis and problem solving skills

Desirable: C#, Agile
