In this Trade Support Engineer role you'll take ownership of monitoring and supporting the trading system applications and exchanges, including issue resolution, tracking and status.

You'll use cutting-edge technology to solve complex technical problems on a daily basis, where a tech-driven skillset and business mindset will be advantageous as you'll work closely with traders, back office, exchanges and developers to investigate and solve system issues and play a key role in business analysis.

Requirements:

*Experience in a Trade Support position, good knowledge of trading process, back office systems, front-end clearing systems, order entry and policies and procedures for various exchanges

*Strong Python and shell scripting skills (C++ experience a bonus)

*Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking in a Linux / UNIX environment

*Good working knowledge of FIX protocol

*Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools; Jenkins, Ansible, Git

*Experience of supporting proprietary developed applications

*Degree educated (Computer Science / Management Information Systems or equivalent)
