QA Engineer/ Software Tester/ Web/ Mobile

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000My client have grown their product base substantially throughout the last year and as a bi product are wanting to expand their Development and Testing team.A little about you

You will be an experienced Web or Mobile Test Analyst who brings a methodical and analytical mindset to the role

You will be experienced especially in integration and acceptance testing from an iOS and Android standpoint, and be able to work as part of a wider SCRUM team.

You will ideally have hands-on experience working within a BDD environment, hands on use of Appium and Cucumber/Specflow to aid with any Automation responsibilitiesA little about the role

You will work with a wider SCRUM team throughout the Development life-cycle to aid in creating some really high quality applications

You will execute Test cases on a daily basis, whilst also being able to flush out any acceptance criteria.

You will proactively analyse and diagnose problems, present any bugs found, and be able to prioritise and escalate bugs to the Development team.This opportunity would really suit someone who is at the mid point in their career, looking to join a rapidly expanding business to fast track your career.
