What we're looking for:
After the implementation of oracle cloud ERP in the organisation we are seeking a functional lead for our Oracle Cloud ERP suite which includes Financials, procurement and project financial management.
If you have strong functional knowledge and have supported Oracle cloud ERP in a previous role or been involved in a full Lifecycle implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials then this role may be suit you.
We are open to location with 1 day a week travel to our Bromley Office, South East London!
Who you'll be working with:
The Oracle cloud ERP functional Lead sits within the Finance Business Application team. The team is responsible for the support and configuration of the key financial platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, IBM Cognos TM1 and Experian Payment Gateway).
Finance Business Applications provides first and second line support for these systems, including integrity of interfaces, user access and operation of key controls. They are also responsible for driving system improvements and provide configuration, development, process and technical SME and change delivery expertise.
What you'll be doing:
Be able to interpret business requirements and map those requirements to Oracle cloud functionality.
Update functional specifications and test plans/scripts and also test the Financials application using your core knowledge.
Coordinate the resolution of support incidents in line with the SLA or OLA, tracking and assessing trends and addressing systemic themes and issues
Lead analysis of sophisticated system defects as and when required
Lead complex root cause analysis and problem investigating
Identify and implements service improvements
Actively lead and participates in team meetings, scrums or equivalent
Collaborate closely with vendors and 3rd parties to ensure assistance is provided in a timely manner
Lead continuous innovation of the systems supported or managed. Contribute and pro-actively progress innovations to completion.
