Our Central Government client are looking for an experienced Programme Director (DV Cleared). The roleThe role will provide professional guidance, leadership and direction to teams within the programme/project delivery profession and wider change community.This is a high-profile role with considerable personal influence and impact.This role is required for Phase 1;thorough stakeholder engagement to identify requirements and bridge capability gaps;building cases to deliver maximum benefits and strategic investments to ensure they align and wider government objectives;assistance and monitoring of proposals throughout governance life cycles; project management;performing in-depth budget analysis;and documenting risks and mitigation to provide frequent reports to all Boards as well as other government departments.The role also requires productive engagement with suppliers through procurement /commercial negotiations. Key skills and experience A credible leader who is passionate about transformation and has the skills to set agree a vision with a wider range of demanding stakeholders through a complex/broad programme of business change.Able to lead a complex/broad business change programme in a live working environment.
