Shift Production ManagerWeston-Super-Mare£40,000 - £43,000 + Training + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Life AssuranceExcellent opportunity to join an industry leading business were you can play a key role in all aspects of production.On offer is a position with a business where you will be given the autonomy to play a key role in manufacturing operations.This company are part of a larger group and produce specialised manufactured products for clients across the globe. The organisation has grown from strength to strength and become a major employer in the area, investing heavily in their site through this period. They are now looking to increase their headcount with an additional Shift Production Manager to ensure production runs as smoothly as possible.In this role you will be looking after a team of roughly 20 Operators and Technicians. The position will be working a 3 shift pattern, rotating from earlies, lates and nights on a weekly basis. Some of the duties will include championing Health & Safety, leasing with other managers to ensure a smooth running of the shift and monitoring the team and introducing continues improvements measures to better production.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business in a broad and interesting role, where you can settle in long term and make a key difference to production.The Role:

*Shift Production Manager

*3 shift pattern Monday-Friday

*Developing and implementing Continues improvement strategy

*Championing Health and Safety

*Direct responsibility and management of over 20 staff per shiftThe Person:

*Previous experience as a production/manufacturing manager

*Any product background considered

*Happy to work shifts that include nights
