Backend Developer / Software Engineer (Node JavaScript C++) *Remote Working WFH*. Would you like to work on a complex Cryptocurrency platform; collaborating remotely with colleagues across the globe?

As a Backend Developer you'll help to build and operate a block-chain enabled financial infrastructure with a focus on backend development with Node.js (also some JavaScript and C++) and scalability as a key factor. You'll be able to contribute to technical decisions, take ownership of components and shape the future of the Cryptocurrency platform.

Driven by technology this company can offer a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as full time work from home - there are four, fully paid for, company meetups per year in various locations and $850 tech budget per year.

Requirements:

Strong JavaScript and Node.js development experience

Good knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience with distributed systems

Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and implement them

Experience with any of the following advantageous: C++, Message Queues (ZeroMQ, RabbitMQ), Job Queues, cryptocurrency / Blockchain technology

Excellent English communication skills
