An excellent opportunity has become available within a well-established ladies fashion company for a Wholesale Online Co-Ordinator.

The company is a multi-brand womens fashion distributor that has been supplying womenswear to many high street retailers, department stores and internet retailers for many years.

Wholesale Online Co-Ordinator - Primary Responsibilities:

Product upload (Shopify)

Newsletters - regular email marketing campaigns

Arranging samples for photoshoot

Ensuring all samples are photographed

Arranging lifestyle/campaign shoots

Website maintenance - merchandising, collections etc

Website development - functionality, tickets/tasks with developers

Weekly and monthly sales reports

Keeping on top of inventories - new arrivals/sold out styles (import & Italian)

Social media posts

Occasional customer service enquiries

Personal Specification:

Computer literate including a good working knowledge of Shopify, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Detail orientated with efficient data entry.

Previous experience in a Wholesale Online role would be preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to tight deadlines.

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Must have an interest in fashion and latest trends.

Salary-£22-£26K (depending on experience)
