DevOps Engineer Leeds to £100k

DevOps Engineer (CI/CD AWS Terraform IaC Linux Automation) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a DevOps / Automation technologist? You could be joining a fast growing Challenger Bank and progressing your career in a hands-on role that will empower you to take ownership and make an impact.

As a DevOps Engineer you will focus on automating builds via CI/CD pipelines and getting code into production as quickly and efficiently as possible; supporting services before they go live via system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews. You'll use automation to scale systems sustainably and help to make improvements, evolving systems and driving change that improves the reliability, speed and security.

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices in Leeds with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / canteen area in a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities (2-3 days a week WFH; 100% during social distancing measures).

Requirements:

Strong experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer coupled with CI/CD experience including experience with the following tools / technologies: Terraform (build and deploy experience) essential plus at least some of the following: Jenkins, JIRA, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins

Good knowledge of Cloud based platforms (AWS preferred)

Python scripting / coding skills

Good knowledge of Linux OS and Networking (routing, switching)

Collaborative technologist, continual learner who is constantly seeking improvement
