Are you looking for a hands on role where you can massively impact the company HSE culture by talking, engaging and positively influencing the staff?

Do you want a challenging role within an FMCG manufacturer with sustainability and process improvement at the forefront of their business?

The company are a globally recognised manufacturer. This site in Hartlepool has been established over 60 years and supply their products into multiple industry sectors.

The role would suit someone with any FMCG background. Day to day, you will report to the Operations Manager while having one direct report to you.

The business has a site wide action plan in place but they are looking for an influential manager who can help to coach the team to ensure health and safety is at the forefront of their decisions. You will be autonomous to implement new processes and have the chance to spearhead business decisions.

All in all, a challenging but rewarding role for a dynamic professional who is looking for a long term opportunity where they can implement and improve health and safety on a day to day basis.

THE ROLE:

*Coaching, talking, engaging and influencing the team.

*Oversee the site Health and Safety plan.

*Reporting to the Operations Manager.

*One direct report.

*Based in Hartlepool.

THE PERSON:

*Any FMCG or similar background considered.

*Motivated to impact change and standards across the site.

*Hands-on as a Manager.
