Cambridge, Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Ely, Royston, Haverhill, Newmarket, Huntingdon, Bury St Edmunds, and March)Are you an FPGA Design Engineer looking to work on cutting edge technology for a market leading company?On offer is the opportunity for ongoing progression and comprehensive training.This company design and manufacture cutting edge technology for the MOD and various manifesting applications.This role will include feasibility studies for new products, circuit design, PCB layout, system integration type projects, and the maintenance of existing product designs, EMC and Low Voltage product approvals, and production support.The technologies involved are also varied and include general radiometric (infrared) system design, digital design including FPGA's/CPLD's (language VHDL or Verilog), DSP and microprocessors, precision and video rate analogue design, optoelectronics, small motor control, and power supply design.This role would suit an experienced FPGA Design Engineer looking for varied role.The Role:

· Working on a variety of FPGA Designs

· One of the go to engineers for the hardware R&D department

· Developing new and existing projectsThe Person:

· Experience as an FPGA Design Engineer

· Looking to work in a challenging environment
