Chester, Cheshire

£18,000 - £20,000 + Pension + Holiday + Manufacturer Training + ProgressionExcellent opportunity to join an established company within a close-knit, friendly team that can offer additional training and development as well as a varied role in an excellent working environment.This company supplies and repairs a variety of electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, computers and other gadgets. Due to continued growth they are looking to develop their workshop team with additional enthusiastic technicians.In this role you will be the 1st line/ 2nd line support for customers entering the store, tasked with diagnosing faults in a variety of products from mobile phones, laptops and desktop computers. Once the fault is found you will order the required components and repair the device, ensuring the product is fully operational upon return to the customer.The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous hardware repair experience, such as working on mobiles/ smartphones, laptops/ notebooks, PC repair, smart watches or more.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established yet growing company in an exciting role that provides full manufacturer training to allow you to flourish in the friendly team environment.The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

*Diagnosing faults and problems

*Repairing a variety of electronic devices

*Customer facing

The Person:

*Experience with hardware repair/ assembly (mobile phones, tablets, PCs, laptops, smartwatches)

*Good customer service skills

*Lives commutable to Chester or willing to relocate. Commutable from Blacon, Christleton, Liverpool, Northwich, Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead, Wrexham.
