Infrastructure Engineer offering up to £45,000 + Package and flexible working Infrastructure Engineer opportunity based in Manchester City centre. My client are based in Manchester city centre and are actively looking to expand the Infrastructure team due to new project release. We are keen to find someone who not only wants to continue a career in infrastructure but also gain more experience with in Cloud environments.

Role & ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot complex technical issues.Respond to any support escalations and resolve as quickly as possible in line with customer SLA's, and internal Incident Management processes.Ensure all issues are properly logged and maintain incident ticket discipline.Manage proactive maintenance tasks including patching, firmware upgrades, capacity management and performance monitoring

Skills & QualificationsRelevant 3rd line experience of supporting B2B web-based applications and hosting infrastructure preferably in the cloudWindows server administration and SQL database administration IIS, AD, firewalls, IP routing and VPNs, storage and load balancing knowledgeBenefits Personal training budget Flexible working 60% minimum remote work
