A leading Housing Association is currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer for permanent opportunity based in NW London, paying up to £48,000 per annum.This role will offer the opportunity to provide career development and to be a part of a large cloud migration programme.To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a full UK Driving License.Shift Patterns are Monday to Friday and you will be asked to work on call shifts between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday through Sunday on a rotation scheme.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, configure, maintain and develop IT Infrastructure as directed by the IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Operations Director and Chief Information OfficerPro-actively manage the network monitoring solutions and other manual based controls to ensure the network is operating as intendedAdminister patch management, anti-virus and web filteringAdminister and maintain the VOIP telephony systemAssist with troubleshooting, systems backups and archiving carried out by the IT Service DeskPerform complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recoveryAssist in the design, implementation and maintenance of systems, hardware and softwareAct as an escalation point for 3rd line Support AnalystsInform the IT management team of significant issues as appropriateUnderstand the nature of the association and its strategic vision and aspirations, and ensure that your work is always oriented towards supporting theseProvide first class communication in all forms, with proactive notification and feedback to users, customers and managementUse your initiative to create innovative solutions to new or existing requirements.Be part of an on-call rota covering 07:00 - 22:00 Monday through Sunday (including bank holidays and other non-specified days)

Technical Skill Set RequiredAt least 3 years' experience in the following:· Microsoft:o Server 2008 - 2016 (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO…)o PowerShell At least 2 years' experience in the following· VMware vSphere 6.5 and earlier· Cisco:o Nexus switcheso Catalyst switches At least 1 years' experience in the following· Microsoft SCCM· Antivirus solutions (e.g. Sophos)· Backup solutions (e.g. CommVault)· Web Proxy and Email Filtering Solutions (e.g. Sophos Web and Email Appliances)Please do apply with your most up to date CV in the first instance.
