Business Analyst

I am currently recruiting for a Business Analyst based in central Bath. The role is on a 6 month fixed term contract, due to the current climate, the organisation has a freeze on recruitment, but the client has every intention of making this a permanent role once everything has settled. The client is looking to pay between £30,000 to £40,000. The role will offer remote working 5 days a week unless there is a workshop or a team meeting so you will need to be based relatively locally to Bath.

My client is looking for an individual who is looking for the next step in their career after coming from a Business Analysis Background. This role is going to be focusing very much on looking at the more technical side the business, working closely with developers & testers to ensure the products align to what is expected. You must also be able to communicate, manage expectations and deal with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation is essential in this role & you will also need to be able to elicit requirements by using a variety of methods.

This ideal candidate will have experience including a combination below;

- Experience as BA/Product Owner

- Requirement Gathering and translation

- Excellent communication across all levels of the business

- Working in a Software Development environment- Agile experience would be a benefit
