One of the biggest health care company is in the need of a Business Analyst with experience in Syrius. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. Start: ASAPDuration: More than 1 year Mission:- Specify (process, business rules) the needs of the business in the field of services at the level of Syrius and any related peripheral systems (mainly SUMEX)- Define and document the method for validating the needs of the business (acceptance criterias, preparation of workshops with business experts, Azure DevOps)- Propose and document configuration solutions- Support the other roles of the service stream (Configurator, tester) in the implementation of business needs- Analyze the probable GAPs, document the workarounds, and specify the Change Requests for Syrius- Management of business and IT stakeholders Specific Skills:- Good knowledge of the health insurance business, especially in the area of ??benefits-Experience of implementation projects, preferably with knowledge of Syrius configuration in the field of services-Good experience with Requirements-Engineering methods and ability to adapt to the methods proposed by the client- Possibility of assuming the role of Syrius parameteriser- Fluent in French General Skills:-Clear, precise written and oral communication adapted to the audience -Volunteerism, autonomy and curiosity-Knowledge of German or English is a plusSthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
