A well established growing software company involved in the Information Governance industry sector are seeking a SharePoint Business / Technical Consultant. Offering a salary of £35,000 - £50,000 plus annual bonus - linked to personal performance and a share of annual company profit, workplace pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and Training - vendor courses for the information management software the company implement and support.As a SharePoint Business / Technical Consultant you will:Deliver a professional service to clients, including end to end project management. Advise on SharePoint Information Architecture and configuration of recommended design / suitability of wider M365 tools in areas such as Compliance and Security.Create project deliverables such as technical / functional requirement specifications, presentations, build/deployment guides.Implement business improvement processes within Office 365.Provide pre-sales support to the Sales team to understand and define client key business drivers / requirements and develop service proposals.Recommend, configure and implement third-party applications that enhance SharePoint’s document and records management capabilities, such as Repstor (Affinity, Assist, Custodian, Drive) and Records365.Develop service templates for delivery of solutions to industry segments and to help enable business development. SharePoint Business / Technical Consultant personnel specification:
Degree (2:1 or above) in a computing or scientific discipline which has involved use of computing methods, or a related field with hands on experience in a client-facing technical position.Solid and demonstrable experience of SharePoint technologies including SharePoint Online. SharePoint site collection administration experience; managing permissions, lists, and libraries.Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform.Familiar with the SharePoint security architecture and how it interfaces to Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Skilled in dealing with clients and managing customer expectations with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to travel around Ireland, the UK, Europe and the rest of the World to carry out client visits.
