Lead a Data Services Programme to achieve strategic and agreed deadlines, targets and outcomes. Manage in-house teams and partner organisations.

Deliver (1) Sustainable financial performance against approved budgets

(2) Optimised value for money technical solutions and (3) Risk management.Key Skills / ExperienceEvidence of delivering a portfolio of projects with a portfolio with a multi- £M budgetExperience of leading projects including master data management/ design/ storage/ modelling/ accessibility/ governance, delivering large scale API platforms/ data transformation platforms, integrating large scale multi-domain data ecosystemsExperience of Data Factories / Large Scale data collection & management facilitiesEvidence of understanding BIM / PAS 1192 Data standards and structures, DAMA.org DMBOK derived Data Management maturity improvementsMinimum 7 years experience in managing technical projectsMinimum 5 years experience in managing projects in a data driven environmentMinimum 3 years experience of using Agile frameworks and Dev Ops, with a track record of successful delivery in significant Dev Ops based programmes at a senior levelMinimum experience of working on 2 very large-scale programmesTrack record in leading Dev Ops teamsHas PRINCE, AGILE, MSP equivalent qualificationsEvidence of matrix managing multi functional teams across several locations, including outsourced/third party suppliersHas a proven track record in managing the performance of third party organisationsDemonstrable strong financial approach and cost controls managing multi £M budgets and supporting over 1000 usersProvides examples of strong stakeholder relationship management to protect and enhance the programme's customer and service reputationExperience of managing, supporting, developing people in a culture of accountability and achievementTrack record of demonstrating continuous personal development, embracing challenges, and sharing learningProven process improvement design and implementation capabilityAbility to develop and implement feedback systems to improve performanceAbility to demonstrate exposure to risk decision with implications wider than own areaHave an inquisitive mindsetIs a forward thinker (visionary)Track record in developing talent including Dev Ops skills
