Contract: 12 months+

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 50,000 pcm

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the creation and implementation of end-to-end solution/technical design and ensure the solution/design process is adhered to during all phases of project delivery.

You will have 15-20 years' experience in a similar senior manager position.

The Solutions Architect will also provide solution and technical SME input to appropriate levels, identify, communicate and manage information assurance risks and identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.

The postholder will also hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.   They will have proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.  Previous project management experience will also be advantageous.

Key responsibilities & experience:

Building and integrating information systems to meet the organisation's needs

Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it

Resolving technical problems as they arise

Providing supervision and guidance to development teams

Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed

Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented

Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have

Providing updates to stakeholders on project development processes, costs and budgets
