Contract: 12 Months+

Salary: SAR 58,000 pcm
The Programme Management function will be to support the team in establishing short and long-term objectives ensuring that management of projects and change management activities are coordinated to achieve beneficial change. The assigned resource will support our customer's team with the effective coordination of multiple, concurrent projects under a structured and balanced process, and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the programme including the coordination of projects and change management activities.
You will have 10-15 years' experience in a similar Managerial role.
The post-holder will have specific knowledge acquired by obtaining a professional project management qualification such as APM PQ or PRINCE2. Substantial relevant work experience may be gained from experience on project and programme management and delivery. This would ideally include experience of different project management approaches i.e. Waterfall/Agile.
Key responsibilities & experience:
Develop and manage teams
Identify, address and resolve differences between individuals and/or interest groups
Prepare and maintain schedules of programme activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
Develop, implement and update resource allocations plans needed for programmes, taking account of availabilities and scheduling
Develop and agree budgets for programmes and controlling forecast and actual costs against them
Gather independent evidence that the information from projects and portfolios is valid and that programmes are likely to achieve their aims
Establish and implement where necessary the protocols to change the scope of programmes and updating configuration documents as required
Manage stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
Prepare and maintain an overall schedule for resource use, which avoids bottlenecks and conflicting demands to enable efficient benefits realisation
Plan and control finances of programmes as a means of driving performance and as part of the organisations overall financial management
Identify and monitor programme risks, planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect programmes
