Administration Support - IT Resource Management / Purchase Order / Procurement - vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Familiarity with procurement processes as well as IT terminologyExpertise with entering requests into different procurement systems focusing on Oracle FusionKnowhow of Tableau dashboards is favourableLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Gathering purchase order requirements from IT unit requestorsPerforming quality control and validation on requirementsArranging requisition request for approval and submissionCoordinating orders between IT and finance until successfully issuedAssisting with data housekeeping using Excel and SharePoint
