An excellent role on offer for an experienced CNC Miller, looking to step into a Team Leader position at a rapidly expanding company who are aiming to become a leader within their industry. Do you have experience with setting and programming milling machines? Would you like to play a key role in this company's expansion? This well-established company specialise in high end machining, manufacturing components for a wide variety of industries from aerospace to medical. They now have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility after a recent expansion of their workshop and the investment in a number of brand new machines. They are now looking to become an industry leader, and are therefore looking for a Milling Team Leader to join their expert team. In this role you will be tasked with the running of CNC Milling department day-to-day. This will involve delegating responsibilities to individual members, whilst also being hands on when required. You will need to drive production in order to ensure each project is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard. You will also receive specialist programming training on new CADCAM packages.
